congratulations! I have submitted my I-693 along with my I-485 on March 2022. It doesn’t have Hep B since it wasn’t mandatory at the time of filing and the civil surgeon said it’s not required. Did you do your first medical before May 10 of 2022 when the Hep B requirement went into effect?

Hi S Bahr, thank you! My exam was done on May 18th and did have the vaccine, but the surgeon didn’t show it. So I attached my Walgreens card confirmation because he didn’t want to resubmit it. I think you will be ok because you did before it was mandatory. Sending good vibes!

@ Ana, thank you. I have a question. When you sent your response to rfe for medicals was the name of the person that received it at Boston FO mentioned on the FedEx tracks info. Mine said it was received by the receptionist at Tucson FO. I don’t know if it something I should worry about? I have contacted uscis by phone and they I have to wait until it is 60 days to place a SR.

Hi EB2-1 GC, thanks for the congratulations and for sharing it. That is good to know. I got the hep B vaccine, but the doctor didn’t show it, I don’t know why. I asked him to fix it, and he didn’t want it. This is why I sent the Walgreens vaccine card. I hope the uscis figures out this, a lot of people are having issues, and other not. So weird 🙁 Thanks again for the info 😊

@ Ana congrats!!!!!! also do you know which version of the i693 we are supposed to use? i haven’t received the RFE for medicals yet but was thinking for getting it done so that I can send it out right away when the RFE comes, but I am noticing that there’s 09/2021 verison and 07/22 verison, do u know which one we should use now?

Hi YH, thanks a lot. I don't know which version, I got my medical exams on May 18th, so my version was 2021. I would recommend to look the USCIS’s website and calling them. I have seen a lot of people with issues about that. Good luck! 😊

With this kind of attitude, you will not go anywhere, also people can sue you. Be careful to not mess up your life here! Even though I am very old and fart (like you say), it’s not your business why I am here. Be a competent professional and good person so good things will come back to you. I did this post to help people with any questions about my application. And people have done the same thing to help each other. Hi S A, sure. He is still waiting for the medical exam request. His case was transferred to NBC on August 16th. It’s so weird they treat it as 2 independent cases, and not a family case. My card should be delivered by tomorrow, per the tracking number.

yeah, surprisingly they treat as two separate case. Yesterday my wife's case (dependent) was updated with RFE sent for i485, while my case is still with TSC. again, many congratulations 🎉

Thank you so much, SA. For the combo card, it was the opposite, he got it one month before me. I am expecting the same now. Let’s see. I wanted to send his exam with mine, but my lawyer didn’t recommend that. She said they could lose and it needs the bar code for each person. I wish you the best of luck, you are almost there! 🙌😊

hey Ana - did they let you know that your case was transferred to NBC from Texas? My I-140 was approved August 2 and found out my case is now under NBC jurisdiction since September 2. Only found because I asked in the USCIS live chat. Not sure if that is a good sign or not.

All of my forms were concurrently filed in Nebraska

guys, have you heard its been said that, for eb2 and eb1 USCIS reached to their limit. anyone has information about this?

@ Eda Eda, I just saw that on Twitter too. seems like all the visa numbers are used up for this fiscal year and there won’t be any approvals until new numbers are issued? i can’t find anything official or an announcement just Twitter posts on this though.

@YH - Not yet. I just received the update to my account last night. I wouldn't go off of Twitter posts for my official news. Last I read from USCIS there were still ~70k EB visas unused as of August 20th. So I suppose anything is possible, but no sense stressing over the rumor mill.
