Renewed mine in NY 2 years ago, long before the pandemic. I had to call multiple times to book an appointment.

@Q q, you can book an appointment online. However, call them days before your appointment to be sure it will still hold. One of my friend’s appointment was canceled without being notified.

renewed mine in sep2020 in NY. No appointments, but paper need to touch hands. u know the way. just go to the embassy in NY n stand there approach men with wisdom as discuss. it can be done same day.

check their website for when and where they will do their passport renewal intervention. check for the location close to you and applied . I did mine in San Antonio, they spent 3 days

I called the number on their website Washington DC no response, like disconnected,Do anyone know any other number to call? couldn’t book an appointment either.
