You need to check out the NVC waiting times. Here is the site: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html Apparently, case creation time is nearly a month now, but it takes them 2 months from submission to get to your case, not 2.5, so net 0 overall. It takes roughly 4 weeks for them to register your case in their system after USCIS approval. After that, you should get the notice and when you submit everything, then they need 2 months to start reviewing your case, but they're way faster in reviewing than USCIS. Good luck, pray for us.

I don't know how long it takes right now but I would suggest that while you wait you start gather all the required civil documents. Police certificates and some financial documents took us the longest to get.
