it’s non immigrant like people come work visa or student or marriage visa they need go out and then wait their gc home

hopefully aslyum seekers can adjust status under f2b family that they can’t go back because they have fear of returning home I really can’t understand this kinda of law but thanks god that aslyum can be terminated before the Jugde or aslyum officer decides so we can get another visa catgorey like f2b hopefully they will be soon can adjust status inside the USA but depends on the law
