New Card is being Produced
Guys, I had my VAWA interview last Wednesday and my case was approved today. I have been on this immigration journey since 2018. I switched to VAWA in 2020 after my I-130 was denied due sabotage by my ex wife. I have prayed fervently for this day. I have had sleepless nights. I have spent a huge sum on lawyers. I have been sick over this matter. Now I can breathe again. God is indeed the greatest. What God said to me was ..Patience and Perseverance. You are next. Do not despair. You are next.

@tired from waiting I got an RFE in December of 2022. It was all about proof of lawful marriage, cohabitation and abuse. I responded in March 2023 and Vawa was approved in May. Then RFE for Medicals in June. I responded in July and I was scheduled for an interview in Jan 2024. Got the interview notice in December 2023.

@Nick A just the eligibility questions. They asked if I was still married, when last I came into the US, my children’s age. Nothing on the abuse. it was pretty fast.

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators. Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community. Search Inmigrate USA. I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida. Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien. Thanks!!!
