It was for medical and I also got a NOID in June of 2023.

@m m USCIS claimed I did not have a lawful status even though I had an active F1 student at the time but I went out of status back in 2013 and applied reinstatement which was approved but somehow they didn’t “know that” so I had to send them all the evidence my lawyer wrote a letter to challenge it. I was in CRP since then until today.
