congrats. you are very lucky. i filed my eb3 in October 2020 and sent my medical rfe response in March 2021. no word since then.

Congrats. mine is EB1C MSC2190794 Nov 27 2020. RFE sent to FO Queens NY on 08/24 yet no confirmation on RFE recvd. status still shows as fingerprints taken. let’s hope we all get thru before the month end. Congrats once again. BTW did your status change to RFE sent or received?

it didn’t change at all to even show on the USCIS website that an RFE was sent, lawyer told me it wouldn’t show up because the field office sent. I only knew an RFE had been sent by contacting the queens congresswoman, and lawfully somehow showed an RFE being sent but not their actual uscis tracking website

Thanks C. I have 5 application. wife and myself recvd RFE from Queens NY but my 3 kids yet no sign of RFE. but when I send my RFE I attached all 5 respective medical sealed envelope and sent in one envelope.

praying they attached the docs to their respective file coz last I spoke with an agent she said kids file also moved to FO on 08/27 and FO received all docs on 08/25.

@larry it was in Ireland and energy engineering. it does influence it as I am working in that field professionally.
