congratulations. which office sent you the rfe? my medical rfe was received August 6 and no updates yet at NSC. officer 0231 was working on my case.

Nebraska center sent rfe , case never got transferred out of Nebraska

@demian I’m 12/29/2020filer. me either no updates. By any chance, I guess the reason my case is so late is regular 140. Did you file 140 with regular?

@jamie No, I paid premium processing out of pocket myself for 140, it got approved the first week of January. Submitted medicals with original app.

did you expedite with a congress person or through uscis?
