did your interview waiver check box checked when your 485 is been pending and did they change after to interview needed

@k k I never received any update(s) after my response to initial RFE. So I never got any update about Interview being waived. it was RFE then Biometrics then RFE response then Interview after 8months as shared in my Timeline.

Hi guys, yes I had my interview on Monday. It went the way everyone said their’s went. Got asked about I485 yes/no questions. Fixed my Public charge question to “Yes” - because I am not an “Asylum petitioner”. My advice - Go with God, go with a Lawyer.

public charge indivicates whether you received federal aid why should we answer yes if we are not asylum petitioner @V A

@V A am I missing something I ticked on No too. I never received any govt benefits

@k k my Interviewer said you should only tick “No” if you are an Asylee applicant. Apparently this section will be updated with interpretation in the next version of the i485 document

@Henry S when you get the interview request, they list the documenta you should carry along with you to the interview
