Need suggestions!! Let me get some tips if you have been through this same situation
Feb 2022 PD, BDV client here. I recently received my RFE by mail, and it’s asking for everything—new medical, Supplement J/bonafide job, employment verification, pay stubs, W-2s, 1040, employment verification letter, etc.
I’ve already contacted BDV, but I’ve heard they can sometimes take a while to respond, especially with the new attorney situation.
For anyone who has been in a similar situation, how did you handle your RFE? Did you send everything through BDV/lawyer, they prepare everything and send it to uscis or did you prepare and submit it yourself? Would really appreciate hearing your experience. 🙏

i haven’t been in that situation but I will suggest run through the paperwork with lawyer.
