im waiting since 11.18.2023 still nothing . I belive they got to Oct of 2023

i was told that for people out of the u.s they're on January 2023. my pd is April and march for my son

I'm August 24th,2023 I'm still waiting

this is a normal wait time

i hardly see am approval that comes from Nebraska service center

@shenni law are you outside the U.S. ? I am in the U.S. but I did consular processing since adjustment of status is a breach to my current TN status.

mine was transferred from texas to Nebraska and was approved Nov 23rd. priority date Aug 25th 2023.

@C NS..Im a citizen here in the U.S. I filed for my husband who resides out of the country and did consular processing. So are you planning in going back to your country for the interview??
