how did you file i485 in March 2023 if your PD is Nov 2022? did your Perm get approved in 5 months? i filed my perm is September 2022 and it got approved in July 2022, and I wasn’t able to file i485 until October 2023 since my dates weren’t current.
are you sure youre not eb1-3 or eb2-niw?

@I O, yes I submitted change of address in April, Service request submitted on May 1st, never got a response. On May 20th, I submitted a CIS Ombudsman Request. I guess that might have helped.

Yes, I did the CIS request by myself and my case never moved from NBC. I kept asking Emma and agents through phone but they couldn’t share that info with me
