If the case moves to NBC then generally it gets approved within one to four months depending on whether there is anything else they need like medicals or something else.

i485 and i140 presented concurrently and medical exam done i693 summitted with i485

so waiting adjucation of I485

@S SS what if the case goes directly to NBC? my i-140 went to Texas Service Center but my i-485, i-131 and i-765 showed up directly in NBC.

@Lolo Messi I would feel myself very lucky if my case never goes to Texas service center. If your case @ NBC you are lucky.

Have been in NBC from start. 260 days, still waiting. EB1c.

My case was transferred from TSC to NBC in Dec. Its been 3 months now (although I got current on Jan 1). Still wanting!
