Name change
Hi all! just a quick question! I married my hubby in march and we filed in may. I have got receipt but nothing else yet. I know it's a long wait so no problem there. My question is: How do I change my name? I have no legal documentation yet as waiting for EAD to apply for Driver's license. How do I inform USCIS to change name?

once you put just your married name on the documents they will automatically put same on the documents you will be getting
