well unless you see an actual update on your case it is hard to tell because sometimes it is a glitch and sometimes it takes few hours or days until you can see an update. your best bet would be to ask an agent if you were approved if your case status hasn’t changed

hey kebs , I did my interview yesterday and same thing , the woman said she couldn’t approve it right away , and today at 5 am I got the same email but no updates online at all …. when you got the email ? did the online status’s changed ? did it take two days ?

Friday morning I left interview 10:40 am and she said would review … the interview wasn’t great , she was rude .. but I passed all the tests for n400 and she took a picture and I signed all the oath papers .. and then she was mad because of a lot of addresses , and then Saturday morning I got an email an action has been taken , but nothing changed

you've been approved.. RFE should take a little before you can have an update.. because it came the next day, I can tell you that it's an approval..

I hope kebs if I get it I’ll let you know here .. I hope it gets updated tomorrow

Same. I had interview Friday afternoon (ATL) got a letter recommending for approval. On Saturday, I got an email saying “we’ve taken an action on your case.” When I log in it still says “Interview was scheduled.” Still not update on the actual USCIS website.

The feeling is not the best . l have waiting for 30 days after interview date . contacted my congressman to see what is happening and he contacted them last week Friday

got a letter that I passed and decision can’t be made . he was doubting me residing with my wife. he also asked why we haven’t filed our tax return for 2021 , I told him there is still time . he asked for joint bank statement, 401k document , my new employment letter and lease documents which I already uploaded but he couldn’t figure it out . so I gave him hard copies to scan and upload . so I guess that was the update (email that an action has been taken on my case ) I saw the next day which ofcourse there was nothing on the USCIS online account

my officer doubt the same thing

I tried the Emma chat today and didn’t really get an update. Basically she said the officer has 120 days to review the case and at day 90 if I still haven’t heard anything back then I would need to reach out to them. But this is all so frustrating because I got a letter recommending for approval at the interview and then now it’s just pending.

I understand:( we gonna get it tho …. they probably answer before 90 days , I’m pretty sure they don’t like pressure

nope.. but I am about to file for my mom and kids

I went for my N400 interview exactly 3months ago and got the same email the next day and till this day no update. I called USCIS yesterday day and the lady asked me to write a letter to the humanitarian division in Vermont, which I just did. hopefully, something happens.

@Tim Timmy , which State did you apply from ? Aint you suppose to write to your local field office ? Kindly keep us posted . did you contact your congress man ?

@G€£ G€£, I applied in Texas. According to the USCIS agent I spoke with, she recommends I write a letter to the humanitarian division as they are the only ones handling this type of issue. if I don't get an update soon then I will contact my congressman.
