MyUSCIS Account Issue #i751
Hey everyone,
yesterday my USCIS account showed a error saying “error retrieving case status”. Today, I logged in myUSCIS online account again and it displays my correct name and receipt number, but the Case History is showing events from another person’s immigration case, including Form I-821D updates from 2021 and 2025. And my case is a regular I-751 filed in January 2025. The documents tab is correct with my acceptance notice and reuse of biometrics. The public Case Status page still correctly shows my I-751 as being processed.
Did anyone have this issue before? #I-751

yes. I saw that’s a problem in the system bc myuscis is completely out now

what does the api code show?

@Tee Z the api showed the h008 code but for sure the USCIS is still fixing the problem bc my status went back to still being reviewed
