Hello, so many people have this message. I had it myself. It is gone now but the progress tab went with it. I can no longer see my progress anymore like the steps. All I can see is case history, documents, and status. I was told that it was nothing to worry about.

thank you. I can still see those 3 tabs on my end so far. I did ask USCIS but they never gave me an explanation:(
