sorry to hear this I got mine denied too. try and get an attorney to appeal on time. I appealed too but the question is has anyone here appealed i290b which got approved eventually before?

@Yomi odunlami appeal is not the best option I heard it takes a while to get a response after appeal sometime years so I’m planning to refile it after I get the notice they sent me

@Katrona Farrington it’s take around 2 years to get a decision for appeal .your ead and advance parole will still stay active or uscis will terminate it ?

@nav singh 2 years😳they haven’t sent anything about canceling both documents. I did the self check with the EAD document and it is still valid🤷🏼‍♀️I won’t chance leaving the country though. My documents are valid till 2029. Which course of action did you take?

@Katrona Farrington I had a meeting with a lawyers yesterday she said it’s a 50-50 game .but she did finds some points where the officers made some mistake about making a decision. and she mentioned that the attorney who responded my noid didnt do a good job.he missed a lot of points which he should highlighted .i think she said she’s gonna do motion to re open and it will go to a different officer not to the same officer who denied my case

@nav singh they are different? But only one form🤔I paid 3k just for that so I hope my lawyer did it correctly.

@Katrona Farrington yes they are different you don’t have to fill 2 forms .just need to tick both motion to reconsider and motion to reopen .i paid 5k and 8k when I received noid and appeal takes a long time about 2 years but motion to reopen and reconsider takes a lot less time my attorney said
