Anyone experienced delays in USCIS acknowledging an RFE response? My RFE response was delivered to the correct USCIS field office via USPS Priority Mail Express on October 21, and I have official proof of delivery. However, USCIS hasn’t acknowledged receipt or updated my case status. My deadline is November 4, and I’m getting a little anxious. I contacted USCIS, but they only advised me to wait 30–60 days for an update. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long did it take for USCIS to acknowledge receipt? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences!

I had similar experience with washington field office. I had to do a congressional inquiry to get an acknowledgment out of them. You can try it. It should work.

Dont worry. Thats what they have been doing recently. I have not got any case update after sending medical.
