@Sam Ezzi , NBC seems like they usually take long. My 485 is there as well. Did you submit the evidence they asked you for?

If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

My application timeline keep goin up and down since December ( filed in August) from three weeks to four months

I can not sue now because the processing time in utah office is 30 months and my case is 28 months now
