That is a very long delay. First confirm whether your priority date is current and whether any RFE, medical, Supplement J, or background issue is outstanding. If current and outside normal processing, I would escalate with a service request and discuss with an attorney. Long-pending EB1C cases can sit due to security checks or visa allocation, but 1200+ days deserves escalation.

Same boat, PD 2022 May, filled in 2024 and CRP since 2024. Dates are current since Jan 2026. Already did Senator inquiry but no luck
