my mom’s GC appl is still in “notice received” can she stay longer than 6 months on tourist visa?
is there another visa that my mom will need while her GC is in progress? or what happens if she leaves the country while her GC is in progress?

if u do that u should apply for status adjustment, if you have a tourist visa they know that bc u wrote that in the form, so u can visit the country but no more than 3 months, better don’t take the risk till u get the gc
