My I360 got approved in the space of 12months
I’m shocked my case got this fast. USCIS received my application Oct 25, 2021 and on Sept. 27, 2022 I got a notification for a new card being produced. A day later my I360 got approved. Honestly I was looking forward to a response from USCIS next year 2023 probably for RFE. I’m so grateful to God it happened this way. I don’t know how long it’ll take for them to start processing my I485 after I360 got approved. Anyone has an idea what to expect next? They received my I485 Oct 25, 2021 too.

New Advance Parole/EAD for an approved I360. I got PF 1 month after receipt notification. And I did not get any RFE.

@manpreet. I went through a lawyer. I only have one Prima facie before the approval. As it stands, they’ve started working on my I-485.

@karen. they will send you a deficiency notice and then either schedule you for an interview thereafter or ask you to submit your medicals. Then you’ll know USCIS is working on your case!
