if the EAD card say c31 that means your case approved but if you get EAD c09 you got that base on pending i485

Shauna .. the first card i got when i applied for my vawa i got the was card under c09 .. but this one is under i360 i will go get it tomorrow .. i don't know what it is says yet i will check

my lawyer told me that the card always come way before the notice but someone on here soon maybe tell you mare

I got Work Authorization card on I 360 form. Since card is delivered the status didn’t change yet. I don’t know why.

Actual filing on January 2020 got EAD C31 on March 2021 since that day no updates.

zee zee congrats but how many years is ead just got mine feb 5 but it was just 1yr I saw that most people got 3yrs Ead

Yes I got my EAD C31 1 year 2 month mine was for 1 year, it’s expired few days ago. Filed for new EAD but lawyer says they are not going to respond instead they are going to send you gc, still waiting.

why two years I think the reason the USCIS is backward for processing cases. They want to save time.

it’s so strange for me after getting card it’s one year no updates on I360 like approved. I got letter on I485. they requested me to make medical report I693. I sent them medical report but still no news.

just got mine feb5 this year no approval letter yet and when I check my status it only says your card is being delivered to you

i applied for my i 360after 2 years and half i recieved card is being produced .. few days later they sent it to me under c31 category

I remember you asking how long after card being produced do you receive it, but did the update your timeline before you receive the card and how long after card being produced to you receiving it in hand
