my i130got approved on26thJuly n send department of state on29thJuly but still cant get welcome letter but when I inquiry they tell me to pay fees for further process and they send nvc case no.

if they sent you the NVC case no. in your email then that’s your welcome letter. login to ceac with that NVC case no and invoice no and pay the fees there
