I’m in removal proceedings too, and we can only adjust status with judge at an individual hearing:/

I have no hearings at all, I guess courts are testing my nerves and patience 🤦🏽‍♀️

the next hearing I got for next year is a master hearing I see but on October 2019 I’m already assisted my master calendar hearing

I have been to like 4 master hearing, it’s ridiculous

the reason I tell my lawyer to sending my approval letter from the court tell the judge my i130 is approved let’s change my next hearing in individual hearing because in 2019 I’m already have my master hearing

@cristina thx you I think if you have a lawyer you can tchek your case and ask your local Imigration department justices to send you a notice because if he never call you you don’t know how much you gonna pass only with a i130 approval you need to move in your case

I do have a lawyer, it’s just the court that is not doing anything, I don’t know why they don’t give me a hearing date. I submitted adjustment of status application, with fees paid to USCIS, hopefully I get a hearing date soon
