my i130 and i485 got denied back in 2024 jan, we did file a Motion i290b and still haven't heard anything from uscis. wonder how long does it takes? anyone here has the same issue

my 130 denial back in May 2023,USCIS didn’t believe our true marriage …I was so mad,but file another 130,now still waiting, heard I290 take longtime hope they reopen your case,otherwise you can file a new one anytime

@Hope Hope we didn't received any letter regarding the evidence, just got the letter that my i130 and i485 got denied then again we contact to our lawyer then filed the motion to open

@rajan maharjan Don’t pursue the motion at this point…
File again with more convincing evidence this time. Don’t need a lawyer, save that money.

@rajan maharjan I got denied too after 5 years waiting and I started a APA lawsuit again USCIS and other agencies. This kind process needs a lawyer that know how can do it and it’s not cheap but it will work .
