Nice! Mine is EB-2 as well. Did my biometrics 3 months ago and waiting. It seems they are waiving interviews in some cases… Congrats!!

@I W it seems like it. My uncle’a friend also filed under EB and his case went straight to decision, no interview.

When did you get the I-140 Approval?

I filed my 485 January 26th and did Bio May 18th for EB1. Thank you for sharing your timeline. This gives me hope 🤞🏼

@salman My I-140 was approved in Dec 2020, I used premium processing. I filed my I-485 in January 2021

@ug waiting My priority date was June 2020. That is the date when my PERM was filed

congrats @Michelle, that’s a good question when did you submit your medicals? they took my bio on 08/11/2021, so I’m wondering if I just submit my medicals right now instead of waiting “ready for an interview” in case they waive it! please let us know!

@I W Yes, or you can file under EB-2 NIW. you will not require PERM, it is waived under EB-2 NIW

@and mani I did apply for EAD/ AP. Still pending. I guess it will be rejected now
