My I-485 has been approved today, ALHAMDULILLAH. Prayers for all of you, believe in yourself and ALLAH will make things for you.
My timeline
I am J-1 scholar, Submitted my I-140 (EB2-NIW) Jan 19, 2024 (PD). I-140 approved Sept 30, 2025. Submitted I-485 and I-765 for myself and three family members Oct 27, 2025. Biometrics done in November for kids and ours in December 16, 2025. Silent updates on EAD were March 10, 2026 and still pending. Silent updates on I-485 on April 14, May 12, 14, 18, 21, 22. Aprroved for three members, my little daughter case been in active review with a RFE. AlhamduLILLAH.

congratulations on yours! whole process of waiting is ridiculous how come mine is October 2023 a woman alone with a lot of scientific achievements filed Nov 2025 and then likely paused from 39 countries all my other married friends from other countries also received theirs. it feels unfair...
