Hi Hadi, hope you get your approval soon. One of my friends with July 17th 2023. still waiting for i-140 approval. could you please share more details about what did you do to make them take a look at your case. He did inquary and even did premium processing 3 months ago, but nothing happened.

Did you choose concurrent filing (I-765, I-485) when filling the I-140?

@Forough . I filed with an attorney, but they are not very responsive, usually get back to me with a single sentence!

@Hadi R If the attorney guaranteed your case, I think citation is not the reason.
