f21 is different than my case, my husband might going have to wait but I am a citizen so he doesn't need to wait for a visa to be available to be eligible.

@Tiffany C Before get approval did u see any estimate time in your uscis account. I also applied for my husband and its vermont services center and its showing 5 weeks
