@issah tolo congratulations! did they ever ask you if you over stayed your visa? if they do ask such question, is this an inadmissible offence and is there any waiver for over stayed visa under VAWA?

@munachi Jones, yes but me ,I didn't come with visa, I came through the southern border, and they ask ,if I have ever work without work permit, i said yeah that one is not issue, you have to tell them the truth.

@jfg,my vawa started in July 2021,and I received rfe,on July and respond in November, and I get approved in November 8 2024,and I get interview in April 30 2025,I had interview and my interview approved the same day.and May 7th, they send me my green card.

my time line is December 2021 and it's still waiting.
