My green card application is pending for more than a year without any update and Emma gives contradictory informaton, sometimes saying it is in NBC and sometimes saying it is in Field office since May. is anyone in the same boat?#niw

More than three years here. Since September 2022. Tried inquiring online many times, no luck saying its nomal. And, through my district’s congress representative, also no luck.

@in oon they responded pretty quick, as long as I remember, in a few days. Then they wait for an answer from USCIS about the same time you would wait to receive a response for an e-Request form on USICS website. And their response “we are working on the case”.
