for those who asked…my i485 was filed in march 2021. I’m on H1b so I was in no hurry for an EAD. My H1b expires at the end of this year so I applied in feb for the EAD. I only used a lawyer for the I140 and submitted the rest on my own. NIWs with i485 filed before the NIW has been approved has about a 700 day processing time. Last six digits are 381202.
