@a d my case was outside normal processing time ..i called uscis and put service enquiry request then 3 days later they approved me

how did you put in the request I tried calling them but it doesn’t allow me to speak with agent

@s k you have to say i didn’t got receipt notice repeatedly untill they forward your call to live agent
