My daughter EAD card has been approved since Dec 2024
My daughter EAD card has been approved since Dec 2024 and updated with card is been produced. We are yet to get the card even after 3-4 service requests, chatting with Emma.
Any idea what to else to do?

@TRS Hopefully Call USCIS, google the number, when the recording asks about why you are calling say “info pass” keep saying that until you are connected to a person. Sorry you are experiencing this problem.
