I don't know, I just received the notification that my case I-485 was approved, and to wait for my card or biometrics appointment, but I did biometrics already in February... the RFE was medical test.

yes, I submitted medical with the initial application but they ask me again later, so I did it twice.

I remember they requested for a form that was missing but I don't remember what was that, and then on march they request for Medical test to make a decision for I-485.

yes they send me a letter requesting my medical, in a specific period of time, I send it and a couple months later I got the approval notice.
