My case moved to Texas
So I was finally able to connect with an agent thru Ask Emma and they told me my case is in Texas. I went to ask another question and got disconnected. Not sure if this is good or bad having my case moved to Texas from Potomac

So just Google Ask Emma.
Click on the link . She is automated system that can direct you to questions that you might have. If you are wanting to speak with a live agent, type the words- Live agent, then click Green Card.
This will put you in a que to speak with someone live. Be ready to type in your case number, birthday, address

@Gbonka CD Keep checking the petitioner's documents page on the USCIS site. It could mean they are looking at your case

@Marcus Boeckel I don't know if I should upload more evidence

@Gbonka CD just wait and see if they ask for anything.
Just remember, these cases have been typically take 14 months or so to process.

Marcus Boeckel9 de ago de 2024
@Gbonka CD That is very interesting. I'm not sure why that would happen because aren't you filing a I 130 Consular process from outside the US ?
K. D π³π¬ 9 de ago de 2024
@Marcus Boeckel yes I filed I-130 for oversea
Marcus Boeckel9 de ago de 2024
@Gbonka CD Does you or your spouse live anywhere near Baltimore MD ?
K. D π³π¬ 9 de ago de 2024
@Marcus Boeckel Yes, my wife lives in Maryland
Marcus Boeckel9 de ago de 2024
@Gbonka CD Maybe that is a good thing that it's in her home state. Stay positive
K. D π³π¬ 9 de ago de 2024
@Marcus Boeckel Maybe they want to invite my wife for an interview, and she's an active service member in the military.
Marcus Boeckel9 de ago de 2024
@Gbonka CD She's Active military ?? That's a good thing.
If I'm not mistaken, your application should move quickly but not 100% sure. You'll need to Google that one
K. D π³π¬ 9 de ago de 2024
@Marcus Boeckel Yes she's a military. Yes I have to chat with Emma today about it if there is no priority for the service member
