my case moved from uscis to NVC August 25th and it’s still there, I already paid the fees and submitted all the documents, now can someone tell me how long will this take to go to the next step? 🙏

depends on the consulate where your visa application will be adjudicated. some embassies have a backlog from 2020 due to the pandemic, others have a case complete to interview period of 6 months

you have to wait like 60days to become DQ first.i have been DQ since July 2020 and haven't received my interview date yet
