@Betty Jasmin you shouldn’t file without a lawyer. if you don’t understand how to file motion, ur case might not going forward. PD request u can do it urself but if it’s been a year, forget about it. try to reach Raymond Lo he is attorney in New Jersey. he can represent you since is federal court. good luck

@T F I spoke to the lawyer and he still saying that he filed the PD but the email is end the PD to Ice-opal-a a-pd@ice.she.gov. He is saying that in order to go to court I need to pay more money for him to represent me . like 15000 more for everything and then file the green card too. I ask him to file the pdf with the judge but he is saying that he was not hire to represent in court and I am not really sure what this mean . I pay for the prosecutorial discretion to be dismissed either in court or ice.
