more than 30month in waiting for vawa decision. They just send prima facie extension.
I wounded if I should worry about ice raid . I ran into them yesterday while I was at work . but luckily I was not stopped. on removal proceedings and administrative close

Hello hope, they sent my 5th prima facie on January 27th 2025 for six months duration, so my removal proceeding administratively closed, right now my vawa case is 1027 days now.
My question is: Should I worry about Trump Mass deportation?

@Mark Douglas No need to worry since you have an active case. Have with you the receipts of I-360 and I-485 and EAD with you all time.

@hope waiting So you have to be careful until I-360 gets approved for the legal status. whereas i-485 pending provides legal status. Even marriage to US citizen or green card spouse does not automatically grant legal status unless and until we file it. I guess I am right.
Again, I would suggest to check with your lawyer for his legal advise.
