Mistake in check
my husband and I are filling fir i-130 and he wrote a check payable to USCIS instead of US department of homeland security. he already mailed the form and everything. what do we do

just wait for the Rejection. did the same thing and they sent it back

they will send the application back to you and you just need to write the correct one on your check and send it back to them.

I waited for 8 weeks and that was in may... I think its faster now.
