uggh, Have DOB issue on my EAD form. noticed on i797. Been contacting them since December, haven't had success yet. Don't let it go, Stay up their butts. Called USCIS yesterday, They said officer will call me back. Got a call back in 20 minutes, Officer said he will forward my case to the service center handling my case. Got an email request sent to Vermont service center, My case is in National benefit center 😑 Called again, scheduled another call from Tier 2 officer. Waiting since yesterday, Hopefully will get a callback soon. She said I should expect a call within 14 days.

USCIS is really really shitty when it comes to updating address or correcting typos. Keep us posted how it goes please. Best of luck!!

There is an online tool to correct typos too. didn't work for me, But I have heard it worked for some people. Did you get your i797(receipt) ?

yes, already got receipt. the online form does not work on birthdate I guess

Hi Roy, My PD is 12/9/2019 Filed concurrently i485, i130, i131 and i1765, Married to US Citizen Had biometrics on 12/31/2019 Got first EAD 4/5/2020 sent ead renewal on 11/1/2020 (incorrect DOB) raised SR sometime in December (Took a while to get receipt) Received response in Jan 2021 (To fill i90 to correct DOB on my GREEN CARD? even though I said it is for i797) Had Interview on 3/29/2021 in Newark NJ, Given white paper. Conracted emma in April 2021 was told they have wrong DOB, Requested to correct it. They said it is good. Talked again in April, They said they have correct on file. Called 2 days ago, They said they don't have correct DOB for i765, Raised SR. They sent SR to Vermont, My case is in NBC Called again, They scheduled callback from Tier 2. waiting since then for callback.

@Roy Roy were you able to correct it? My lawyer did the same mistake (month and date are inter changed) for me on all forms I 485, I 131 and I 765, I have created a service request on Dec 23 2021. Just whether you were able correct issue .

Hey guys, Hope somebody will see this. I just noticed 2 minors mistakes on my i-485 unfortunately it’s been already sent and they already received it. The first mistake was the country where my dad lives the lawyer wrote the right city but wrong country , since my parents were born in a different country than me , the second mistake was my marriage date. The lawyer wrote 09/22/2022 I stade of 09/26/2022. Should I try to correct these ? Do you think this would be a big deal ? Thanks !
