Missed biometric due to illness
Hi I have missed my biometric on 11 Dec. I went to ASC office on 12 th. , also raised a ticket for consideration to reschedule. Anyone has faced similar situation.
ASC officer declined my request during walk in at multiple locations in Houston. I am waiting for any update on my USCIS service request. Do they deny request if it’s after appointment date. My eb1 is still not current. neither their is any update in portal regarding missing biometrics.

It says that if you miss your appointment without rescheduling beforehand, you'll need to call them

thanks everyone. today I received confirmation that my interview is rescheduled..
