i got below message from USCIS
Message from USCIS: Green Card applicants who receive a request for Form I-693 should return it as soon as possible by overnight, priority or courier delivery.
can anyone please advise if this is legit and if yes, what does it mean?

it's legit. it happened also 2-3 years ago. many people got it.

I would say ask Emma or call them directly with the number in USCIS. it might be scam.
