Medical RFE response and no actions on my case
Hi,
I’m currently on EB2 NIW I-485 and my PD is current.
I applied concurrently on November 23, 2022, and no updates since the last update on January 20, 2023, for fingerprints were taken.
my case transferred to LA FO on April 2024 and received Medical RFE on April 30, 2024.
I responded to RFE on May 13, 2024, and I didn’t get any confirmation that the USCIS received my Medical Reports or even that they issued the RFE itself.
Today, I was checking with Emma Agent Abd got this update “Your case is currently processing at the Los Angeles field office. An officer last worked your case on 05/31/2024. I am not yet seeing any update yet for your RFE response. Your case is still under review.”
does anyone have an experience like this and when should I expect a decision?

I am in the same boat. Send my medicals April 29, 2024 and usps tracking said it was delivered but haven’t had any updates since then at all. my status still says “RFE sent”

I have sent my children medical multiple times and they’re still not responding but will send RFE to me again
