medical received by uscis 1.3 years ago , no movement at all , expedite approved as per congressman but uscis saying no record of that , no interview also ,been told case is at Vermont service center

My Vawa was approved January 2025, They send my case to field office and then back to Vermont without and interview. When I call they tell me my case is in NBC and some say Vermont. its conflicting information I get from USCIS. They even told me my case is outside the normal processing time and filed an inquiry about it. I don't know what toto about it. I tried sending requests through congressman my lawyer send them letters but they are just not doing anything

@Alex 😊 did you get interview notice ? I have similar case they keep saying Vermont, NBC and local field office , my case was approved mar 2024

@prazzi S if your file is moving back to Vermont, that's not a good news. they are doing background check on you.

@prazzi S i never received an interview letter. My field office send a notice to congressman after an inquiry.
