if you have already submitted the medical exam to USCIS, it is valid for 2 years. If not, I think there is a 60 day limit.

so mine that i did in july is invalid now, because it is more than 60 days already. Doi need to do a new one or have the doctor resign it?

you have to submit it USCIS within 60 days from the date doctor signed it. you can ask the doctor if he can sign it again with new date.
