Master Hearing Canceled
Hello everyone. Has anyone here had their Immigration Court master hearing canceled because the judge ordered written pleadings instead?
My attorney told me the Immigration Judge canceled my hearing and gave us until August to submit written pleadings. I also have a pending VAWA (I-360) and I-485.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What happened next? Did the court schedule a new hearing, wait for the VAWA decision, or take another step?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you!

I had my MH cancelled 2 times, they wound rescheduled for more than a year, but I was approved without the court.

MH was canceled for me and judge requested written pleading. I have an approved vawa, did i485 interview. @Jim doe - was your NTA canceled before your approval through DHS?
