marriage status changed
hello everyone,
I filed my EB3 while I was single and recently got married. I’m currently under AOS with pending of I-485 and approval of combo card in 2023. is it possible to add my spouse to my case since I’m still waiting for green card?

yes you can . if you have lawyer let them know , they will assist with the process.

I updated with my attorney and he said I can’t file, unless my spouse is in the US 🙁
